PVM Score

Paralogous Verification Method (PVM)

PVM judges individual interactions probable if the putatively interacting pair has paralogs that also interact To use the sever to analyse interactions please enter a list of pairs of codes either DIP codes, or YPD codes or the yeast gene codes. For example

YAL021C YGR092W
YAL029C YBR130C
YAL047C YHR172W
YAL047C YNL126W

A maximum of 1000 interactions on the list is recommended.
The results will be tabulated on this page.

A score greater than zero indicates that PVM believes the interaction to be correct. See Deane at al. for details.
